Stability Ball Exercises
Stability ball exercises has become a regular sight in almost every gym and aerobic studio around the country. At first there was some skepticism as to how effective this form of workout was, but as soon as more and more people started signing up for classes and doing this activity the results became apparent and spoke for themselves. The word of mouth method and people talking to each other after a session in the gym about it, was enough to establish this workout.
Almost without delay every personal trainer was using stability ball exercises in their training programs and the perception was created that if they chose to use it, it must be a winner. I remember my first encounter with the big red ball very well and must say I was pleasantly surprised on how effective it targeted my abs, back and hip muscles. As more people started experimenting with this workout even more variations on it were discovered and implemented.
Another positive advantage to all this is the accessibility and low price of the equipment needed to get started. The second advantage is the minimum storage space needed to store the equipment. A lot of you know how big and bulky gym equipment can be and non of that applies in this case. You can do this in the luxury of your own home, and on your own time, at your own pace. From all this, it seems theirs no negative side to it and from personal experience, I must be honest, and say their is absolutely nothing negative I can say about stability ball exercises.
